"Engelsflügel" combines powerful Pu Erh tea from the Chinese province of Yunnan with selected herbs and berries to create a deep, expressive composition. The moist, mild climate of this region gives the Pu Erh its characteristic, earthy and full-bodied taste, which becomes increasingly soft and round with longer brewing time.

In this blend, the dark tea meets invigorating mate, classic nettle, and a hint of carrot. Freeze-dried blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries add a delicate, fruity nuance. Calendula and mallow provide a gentle, floral lightness that harmoniously rounds off the powerful foundation.

The interplay results in a complex, multi-layered cup with depth, fruit notes, and spicy earthiness – ideal for moments of contemplation and conscious alignment. 

Preparation

2–3 g per 200 ml
Water temperature: 90–95 °C
Brewing time: 4–5 minutes

Ingredients

Pu Erh tea, supplemented with mate and nettle, refined with carrot and freeze-dried blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Rounded off with calendula, mallow, and natural flavor.
