The set contains 7 handcrafted charcoal disks, each combined with various plants, flowers, and incense materials.
Depending on the disk, the following components may be used:
Sandalwood
Warm, woody, and traditionally associated with peace and harmony.
Copal
A classic incense resin for cleansing and transition rituals.
Rose
Soft and floral. In rituals, often associated with love, heart, and connection.
Rosemary
Strong and aromatic. Traditionally a companion for protection and clarity.
Marigold & Chamomile
Floral plants for gentle, calmer ritual moments.
7 Herbs

Your 7 Days Ritual
Take a few minutes each day just for yourself.
Place an incense disk in a heat-resistant incense burner.
Carefully light the charcoal and let it glow safely.
As the scent of the respective herbs, flowers, and resins unfolds in the room, ask yourself:
What do I not want to carry into the next day today?
Then open a window and let fresh air into the room.
You can connect each smudging with a short intention:
