Ritual of the Sacred Flame
Place a white, red, or green candle in front of you. Next to it, place a small bowl of earth as a symbol of your connection to Mother Earth.
Place a small amount of the incense blend on your incense sieve or charcoal. Observe the smoke rising and focus your attention on the flame.
Place one hand on your heart and speak your intention:
"Brighid, guardian of the sacred flame,
ignite the knowledge that already lives within me.
I trust my intuition.
I honor my creative power.
I walk my path in connection with the Earth."
Close your eyes for a few moments. Imagine a small flame igniting within you. It doesn't grow larger to consume everything, but brighter, so you can see more clearly.
Then, formulate a question that is currently on your mind. Write down the first thought that comes to you, without immediately judging it.
Conclude the ritual by touching the earth and consciously grounding yourself in the present moment.

On an incense sieve, the fragrance develops slowly and evenly. On charcoal, a more intense, powerful fumigation is created. Please use sparingly.
